The Role of Each Part
A. Lip end (sliding surface): The lip end is in the shape of a
wedge and presses the shaft surface at the end to seal the fluid.
B. Sealing lip: It is a flexible elastomer, designed to ensure that
it can maintain a stable sealing effect under the influence of
mechanical vibration and pressure fluctuations of the sealing
fluid, and maintain a stable contact state with the shaft surface
at the end of the lip effect.
C. Dust-proof lip: The role of preventing dust intrusion. The
dust-proof lip is an auxiliary lip that is not connected to the
spring
D. Fitting part: While fixing the oil seal to the cavity hole, the
fitting part plays the role of preventing fluid leakage and
intrusion from the contact surface between the outer peripheral
